Be a man. Don't be a man. Real men are feminists. Show feelings. Pull yourself together. Be cool. Sissy! What masculinity suits me, what images of masculinity are inside you? Where do these images come from? And what does patriarchy have to do with it? To live music, the Bernese collective F clears out old habits and burned-in images of masculinities in their latest dance piece. A critical, funny, feminist, accessible and sensual dance evening for young people and adults.

How can we together develop a method of composition that grows beyond our individual abilities? William Morton defines a superorganism as a living community of many individuals of the same species of organism that develop abilities beyond those of the individuals. We allow the flute, viola, harp, and electronics to merge into a new entity that reveals, explores, and is able to develop its own independent character and capabilities, its needs, its abilities, and also its shortcomings.

Luft umgibt uns. Druckentladung Luft bringt Schläuche in Bewegung. Regeneration. Auftanken.

Under the rubble lie large smooth rock bodies. Curved like the skeleton of a dinosaur that slowly emerges. The mountain is moving. Mostly imperceptibly, but now and then quite quickly. And when the layers that have been deposited over millions of years show themselves, we are reminded that the rock masses we call mountains were once sea.
